Central Clinton Township
Two Bathrooms, One at a Time
The homeowners started with a full remodel of the guest bath: a new shower, vanity, vanity top, and medicine cabinet. Once that room was done, they had us put a new base and walls in the master shower and keep its multi-head fixtures and glass door.

Near 18 Mile and Garfield
Steel Tub and Tile Out, a Carrera Walk-In Shower In
The steel tub and its white tile walls came out. A custom white Pro Stone base and tall Carrera Pro Stone walls went into the same spot, with a diamond corner caddy and two corner shelves. The vanity, toilet, and floor stayed.
-
Near 19 Mile and Romeo Plank
Tub Out, Walk-In Shower Under the Window
The tub came out of a 60-inch alcove. In went a custom 60-inch white Pro Stone shower pan, smooth gloss Pro Stone walls and a matching ceiling panel in Slate, and a window kit in the same stone, plus a wave seat, two corner shelves, a Moen grab bar, and clear sliding glass doors.

Near Metro Parkway and Groesbeck
A Double-Bowl Vanity Top, Nothing Else
Not every update needs a new shower, or even a new cabinet. This homeowner kept the existing vanity, so we replaced only the top: a 78-inch cultured marble top in Almond Bone with two white undermount bowls and a pair of new Delta faucets. The rest of the room stayed as it was.

Just south, in Fraser
Wire-Mesh Wainscoting Out, Pro Stone In
The old wire-mesh wainscoting came out and moisture-resistant drywall went in. The family wanted to keep a tub, so we set a new one with a Pro Stone surround and diamond corner caddy, ran Pro Stone wainscoting around the room, and added a Merillat vanity with a granite top.

What Clinton Township Bathrooms Usually Need
Most of Clinton Township was built out in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, and it has more condos, attached homes, and two-bedroom houses than Macomb County overall. That mix shapes the bathrooms we see here.
Census estimates put the median year built for a Clinton Township home at 1979. About 55% of homes went up between 1970 and 1999, roughly a quarter date to the 1940s through the 1960s, and about 16% were built in 2000 or later. Two-bedroom homes make up about a third of the township, compared with under a quarter countywide, so many of the bathrooms we measure are compact hall baths and condo baths.
Small rooms are a good fit for tub-to-shower conversions with a seat and corner shelves, and for grout-free Pro Stone cultured marble walls. For planning numbers, see typical bathroom remodeling costs.
- 1970s and 1980s homes: original tub alcoves, sliding tub doors, and builder vanities that are ready to go
- Condos and attached homes: we ask about association rules and plumbing access at the consult, so the install plan fits the building
- Two-bathroom homes: you can remodel one room now and update the second shower later, as one local family did
- Every home: a written, all-in price after we measure, covering materials, labor, haul-away, and cleanup

Clinton Township FAQs
Clinton Township Bathroom Remodeling Questions
Short answers, based on bathrooms we have remodeled in and around Clinton Township.
-
How long does a bathroom remodel take in Clinton Township?
Tub-to-shower conversions and tub replacements take 2-4 working days. Full remodels take 5-10 working days, depending on scope. Smaller updates can be faster: a new double-bowl vanity top near Metro Parkway and Groesbeck went in in one working day. -
Can we remodel one bathroom now and the other one later?
Yes. One Clinton Township family started with a full remodel of the guest bath, then had us update the master shower once that room was done. Read the two-bathroom project story to see both rooms before and after. -
Do you remodel bathrooms in condos and attached homes?
Yes. At the consultation we ask about association rules, work hours, parking, and where the plumbing can be reached, because shared walls change the plan. You get a written scope and price before anything is ordered. -
Can I keep my shower fixtures or glass door?
Often, yes. In the two-bathroom job we put a new base and walls in the master shower and reused its glass door and multi-head fixtures. On a tub-to-shower near 19 Mile and Romeo Plank, the homeowners kept their existing Delta fixture. -
Can a walk-in shower go under a window?
Yes. We line the window opening with a Pro Stone window kit that matches the walls, so there is no painted trim or drywall inside the shower. The tub-to-shower near 19 Mile and Romeo Plank has one, along with a wave seat and two corner shelves. -
Which parts of Clinton Township do you serve?
All of it, including the 48035, 48036, and 48038 ZIP codes, on both sides of Metro Parkway and up to Hall Road (M-59). We also work in neighboring Mount Clemens, Fraser, Macomb, and Sterling Heights. -
Are estimates free, and do you offer financing?
Yes. The in-home consultation and written estimate are free, and financing options are available. For planning numbers before we visit, see our Metro Detroit bathroom remodeling cost guide.
