The Job

A Tile Stall Out, an Arcadia Walk-In Shower In

This upstairs bathroom had an old tile shower stall with a framed glass door. We tore out the tile shower and its door, plus the old vanity and toilet. The tub and the tiled bench beside it stayed.

We built the new shower in Arcadia Pro Stone, with a matching ceiling panel. A large recessed caddy holds bottles, and two chrome grab bars sit on reinforced framing. The Delta shower has a head and a handheld. A new exhaust fan with a light replaced the old puck light. A rain glass sliding door closes it in.

Outside the shower, a new maple vanity in Sable pairs two sink cabinets with a drawer bank. Its Arcadia Pro Stone top matches the shower and has two sinks. A new Kohler toilet and Armstrong Alterna flooring finish the room. The homeowner supplied the new mirror and light bar.

Mike did the installation in 8 working days, and Jeff was the product specialist. Painting was left to the homeowner. This is one Home Pro USA project in Troy, near Square Lake and Coolidge. Nearby work is on our Rochester Hills and Royal Oak pages.
