Two Bathroom Updates in Milan
Two partial bathroom updates in one Milan home. The guest bath is a tub-to-shower conversion with an ESE bypass shower door and new vanity cabinets. The shower and vanity top are Pro Stone in Caraway. The floor in that room stayed. The master bath is a shower-stall replacement with a bifold shower door for a tight space. The master stall is Pro Stone in Cashmere.
The Job
A Guest Tub-to-Shower, Then a Master Shower Stall
This Milan home had two bathrooms updated as partial jobs, not full-room remodels. The guest bathroom is a tub-to-shower conversion. The old cast iron tub came out for a Caraway Pro Stone shower with walls up to the ceiling and grab bars. We installed an Arizona ESE bypass shower door with rain glass, plus new Merillat Classic maple vanity cabinets in Boardwalk with a matching Caraway Pro Stone top. The bathroom floor was not replaced.
The master bathroom kept its layout. We replaced the old fiberglass stall with a Pro Stone shower in Cashmere, with a recessed soap dish, a shampoo box, chrome grab bars, and a chrome Delta Linden 2-in-1, and installed the homeowner’s Aqua Fold bifold shower door. The homeowner asked for that door because the master bathroom has limited space.
Cameron installed the two bathrooms back to back in 14 working days in late October and early November 2024: 9 working days for the guest bath, then 5 for the master. Jeff was the product specialist. This is one Home Pro USA project in Milan, in Washtenaw County. Nearby work is on our Saline and Ann Arbor bathroom remodeling pages.
