The Job

Teal Tile Out, a Gray Walk-In Shower In

This first-floor bathroom in Shelby Township sits on a concrete slab. It had a steel tub, teal tile, and a soffit with a heat lamp over the tub. We tore out the tub, the tile, and the soffit. The vanity and toilet went too.

We hung new drywall, including a layer over the old ceiling. The tub space became a walk-in shower in Galaxy Gray Pro Stone. It has a bench and two corner shelves. The window is trimmed in matching Pro Stone, so it needs no paint.

A rain head and hand shower are in brushed nickel, with a grab bar to match. A clear sliding glass door closes the opening.

A Steel Grey maple vanity now carries a Galaxy Gray Pro Stone top. A recessed medicine cabinet sits above it. A Panasonic fan with a light replaced the heat lamp. New plank flooring and a new toilet finish the room.

Adam and Dave did the installation in 10 working days. Kevin was the product specialist. Painting was left to the homeowner. This is one Home Pro USA project near 22 Mile and Van Dyke. See more work on our Shelby Township page and in nearby Sterling Heights.
