The Job

Steel Tub Out, Huron Onyx Walk-In Shower In

This Southfield bath had a steel tub with blue wall tile and a three-handle faucet. The tub, the tile, and the old vanity came out, along with the toilet. We built a 60-inch walk-in shower on a Huron Onyx Pro Stone base with matching walls, a recessed shampoo niche, Delta Ashlyn matte black shower trim with an In2ition handheld, and an Arizona matte black sliding glass door.

The vanity wall is Merillat Classic maple in the Spring Valley door style and Nightfall finish: two 30-inch cabinets as one double vanity. The 60-inch Pro Stone Huron Onyx top has two white wave bowls and two Delta Ashlyn widespread faucets in matte black. Armstrong Alterna Gravity Black 16-inch tile covers the floor. A new American Standard Champion 4 toilet and a Panasonic WhisperFit fan finished the room.

This full remodel, with the shower, vanity, top, floor, toilet, fan, and electrical work, took Adam and Dave 8 working days. Wall painting was left to the homeowner, so the photos show the finished Home Pro USA work before paint. Dean was the product specialist. This is one Home Pro USA project in Southfield, near Greenfield, between 9 Mile and 10 Mile.
