Tub and Double Vanity Bathroom Remodel in Sterling Heights
A full remodel of an upstairs bathroom in Sterling Heights. The steel tub and patterned tile came out. A new acrylic tub with white subway-pattern Pro Stone walls went in, along with a double vanity and a gray plank floor. Near 17 Mile and Ryan.
The Job
Steel Tub and Patterned Tile Out, a Bright New Bath In
This upstairs bath had a steel tub with beige tile and a low soffit that kept the curtain rod down low. We tore out the tub, the tile, and the soffit. The old vanity, a short pony wall, and the floor came out too.
We set a new acrylic tub and wrapped it in Pure White Pro Stone walls in a subway pattern, with no seams. A recessed niche and two corner shelves hold bath supplies. The Delta shower has a head and a handheld. With the soffit gone, the curtain rod now sits up at the ceiling.
Two Merillat Masterpiece vanities in Greyloft sit side by side, one with drawers on the left and one on the right. They share one long quartz top with two undermount sinks. We added two LED recessed lights centered over the sinks.
New Armstrong flooring in a gray plank look went down, and we reinstalled the toilet. Adam and Dave finished the remodel in 8 working days, and Jeff was the product specialist. This is one Home Pro USA project in Sterling Heights, near 17 Mile and Ryan.
